Some months after the release of the Samsung s21 lineup, Samsung lovers who have gotten their hands on the premium device see the worth of it. The Exynos 2100 and Snapdragon 888 powered phone is worth the 1199 dollars placed on its ultra with its 6.2 inches dynamic AMOLED screen.
On January 9, exactly 391 days after the announcement of s21 its successor the Samsung galaxy s22 was announced with the next generation chip featuring a 4-nanometre Exynos 2200 (Europe and international) or snapdragon 8 gen 1 for users in the United States. The all-encompassing smartphone had its customers in awe with the new feature which is known as Nightography on the ultra. Remember that the s21 ultra took a low light picture when it launched last year but Samsung choose to change their ball game by introducing the new camera mode to the extent of devoting a whole segment of the launch of the smartphone to nightography. the Galaxy S22 Ultra's main 108MP camera uses a large 2.4-micrometre sensor to capture more light rather than relying on flash like a standard camera.
The main camera's lens also has a new anti-reflective coating, often known as a "super clear lens." The goal is to lessen or eliminate light flares, which are created by light reflecting within the lens and are frequent in night mode images. The ultra is also the first Samsung S series with a built-in S pen. According to Samsung the latency of the S pen has been reduced from 9 milliseconds to 2.8 milliseconds which is about a 70% speed boost. Samsung also said the AI can predict the direction of your hand moving to deliver an experience that is close to pen and paper. The s22 ultra features a victus plus gorilla screen that is more drop and scratch resistance no wonder its price tag is $1,199.
If you need a smartphone that will serve your daily need with premium features I'll advise you to get the ultra though, there are other devices less costly than the s22 ultra with almost the same features but what Samsung is offering is a premium device with premium features though unlike its predecessor’s 12Gb it offers 8Gb of ram but with an opportunity to upgrade which costs extra dollars.
The S22 Ultra is powered by a 5000mah battery with a 45watt fast charging however, you’ll have to get the adapter separately as it doesn’t come with the device. Amazing right? Yes, it allows you to charge up to 50% for 20 minutes. The s22 ultra cost about 650,000 naira in Nigeria which means that it is really expensive considering the economy of the country coupled with the earning rate of the citizens, you don’t wanna borrow to get a 650,000 phone do you? I guess your answer is yes, therefore, you can go for Samsung's other series which are also great and have amazing features such as the A series, M series, F series, among others.
